QORZAVEN Surfaces — geology, put to work

Walls near hobs live hard lives; the Marmite is dressed for it — radiant-heat ratings stated per material, runs to 3.6 metres without a joint, and edges polished where the panel meets daylight.

The worktop is the kitchen's handshake. Ours arrive sealed, edges eased to the touch, waterfalls mitred tight enough to read as monolith, and with the care card that keeps stone looking quarry-fresh through a decade of lemon juice and Sunday projects.

Care

Daily: warm water and a soft cloth. Sealed stones want re-sealing on the card's schedule — the care card shows how. Trivets under cast iron, boards under knives: the stone will outlast the house's third repaint.

Questions, Answered

How do you get joints so tight?
Digital templating after cabinets stand, then machine-cut slabs and hand-fitted seams placed where drawings — not luck — decide. Joints land off the sightlines.

Which surface survives real family cooking best?
Sintered and quartzite lead for abuse; granite is a close classic; wood wants love and gives warmth. We state each listing's temperament honestly and match it to yours.
