The Vareska lets the pans draw the map: induction with bridging zones that merge under fish kettles and griddles, boost to 7.4 kW when pasta water is impatient, and residual-heat honesty on every zone.

We fit to the manual, commission to the checklist, and hand over with the settings explained in your kitchen, not a leaflet's.

Care
Follow the machine's own manual — we left it in the drawer we labelled. Grease filters wash monthly; steam ovens descale on their reminder. Our care visit tests, tightens and updates what the kitchen cannot tell you itself.
