The Polenta is the kitchen's hearth with paperwork: a range cooker to 110 cm with two ovens and an honest storage drawer, dual-fuel logic that gives hands gas and cakes electricity, and cast controls weighted like good tools.

Appliances succeed at the junction: ventilation gaps respected, circuits sized, doors aligned to the millimetre grid, and extraction ducted honestly rather than optimistically. We fit to the manual, commission to the checklist, and hand over with the settings explained in your kitchen, not a leaflet's.
