Show kitchens stay beautiful because sculleries exist; the Persillade is the working half — splash zones tiled or panelled to spec, racking that dries stockpots in the open air, and lighting that takes scrubbing seriously.

Butler's pantries are the house's backstage — worktop for staging, cabinets for the second service, cooling where the wine waits. We build them with kitchen-grade carcases and workshop honesty, because backstage works hardest.

Matt surfaces forgive fingerprints; spills still prefer promptness. Keep steam-heavy appliances ventilated as fitted, re-tune door gaps yearly with the supplied key, and the kitchen closes softly into old age.
