The Kotlik gives laundry a spine: washer and dryer stacked at back-saving height on anti-vibration plinths, drying rails and folding counters built in, and hamper drawers that end the floor-pile era.
Butler's pantries are the house's backstage — worktop for staging, cabinets for the second service, cooling where the wine waits. We build them with kitchen-grade carcases and workshop honesty, because backstage works hardest.

Wipe fronts with a damp microfibre and dry; no solvents, no scouring. Hinges and runners want a yearly two-minute check — or our care visit does it for you. Touch-up kits matched to your finish are stocked for fifteen years.
