The Hody takes roasting personally: a 71-litre pyrolytic oven with true fan symmetry for double trays, a probe that ends guesswork to the degree, and a flush frame that aligns with QORZAVEN column fronts as if drawn together — because it was.
Appliances succeed at the junction: ventilation gaps respected, circuits sized, doors aligned to the millimetre grid, and extraction ducted honestly rather than optimistically. We fit to the manual, commission to the checklist, and hand over with the settings explained in your kitchen, not a leaflet's.
