Care keeps the tenth year looking like the first: stone re-sealing on schedule, hinges re-tuned in minutes, fronts touch-treated by people with the right pigment. The programme visits; the kitchen stays new.

Survey, protection of the site, installation, levelling, sealing, appliance commissioning, and a walkthrough handover — plus the rubbish leaving with us. In writing.
What does the care programme actually do?
Yearly: hinges tuned, stone re-sealed on cycle, wood oiled, appliances tested, touch-ups done — photographed and reported. The kitchen ages in reverse.
